Trent Cantrell

After working extensively for a well known East Dallas landscape company, Trent came to Paradise Landscapes in June of 2006. A native of East Dallas, Trent was originally trained as an urban planner / policy analyst. After working for a local municipality, he decided to return to landscape design, horticulture, and construction. Trent has studied at Landmark College, the University of New England, and Southern Maine University.

Trent believes a landscape should fit your use needs and style, not his.  To do this he uses a skill that is a little out of the ordinary – listening.  Trent designs to combine creative solutions, common held design principles, and environmental sensibility.  Whether you want a xeriscape (drought tolerant design), an English garden, or a modern look, he can accommodate.

Personally, Trent is an avid fly fisherman, enjoys live music, traveling, and of course gardening.  You might see him around the East Dallas area checking on job sites or consulting with home owners along with his hound dog Ginger.
